WELCOME TO OUR FARM

Bittersweet Farm, established in 2000, is a 50 acre farm outside Huntsville, in beautiful Muskoka, Ontario. We began raising Dorper and Katadin sheep in 2005 and, after much research and a change in lifestyle, we decided to begin raising sheep for fleece. Gotland sheep were the perfect answer!
